Before listing the securities in accordance with Rule 23, the securities market shall enter into an agreement with the organized organization for listing the securities. (2) After making the agreement as per sub-rule (1) and listing the securities, the securities market shall inform the Board of the same and shall also publish the same in the newspapers for the information of the investors.
